Walkout Basement

We recently completed this large 1,000 Sq. Ft. walkout basement complete with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area for a client in the Anthem neighborhood of Broomfield, CO. Below are materials & finishes we used to complete this project: Shower trim, sink trim & bathroom hardware is the Moen Lindor Collection in Matte Black from Lowe's class. The granite selection is a dark blue with gold flakes called Cambria Portrush. This was a remnant slab which made for a much cheaper option for our client. This slab was purchased at Touch Stone Granite & Marble in Denver. Pictures don't do justice to how it looks in person. The shower tile is the Idole Tear White from Floor & Decor. This particular floor is trending & we're using it on another project. The bathroom floor tile is Amantus Encaustic from Home Depot. This is also one that previous clients have used in the past.
