Todd Creek Basement

This was a 2000 sq foot basement finish in Heritage Todd Creek. The basement included a formal dining area, fireplace accent wall, living area, full wet bar with wine closet, one bedroom, an exercise room w/ ballet bar, one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The fireplace wall was completed with a Revere Blend Travertine ledge, the wet bar cabinets were custom made by Cabinetry by Karman, and the flooring selection was Brookstone Ivory Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl Plank .
