This 1800 sq ft basement in Thornton has the works! A wet bar, bedroom, bathroom, living area, and beautiful fireplace with stone surround. It’s unique in the fact that we were able to use some gently used cabinetry and granite countertops that the customer’s were given by a family member which helped to keep their budget down.
