This is a 1600 sq ft basement makeover finish that we completed in Thornton. It has a bedroom, bathroom, exercise/play room, activity area, private wine room with a gated entry and a kitchenette with bar space surrounding. A space our wonderful customers will use to entertain family and friends for many years to come!
