Finished Basement

Brighton, CO

This is an 1800 Sq ft. finished basement we completed in Todd Creek (Brighton, CO). It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a beautiful stone wall entertainment center, & a living area.

Below are materials & finishes we used to complete this project:

  • Cabinets for Entertainment & wet bar by KraftMaid with a Ginger Suede Alder finish.

  • Stone Ledger - Multicolor split-face slate

  • Bathroom Floor Tile - Onyx Brushed Chiseled Travertine

  • Shower Wall Tile - Noce Tumbled Travertine

Finished Basement

Brighton, CO

Check out this large 1800 square foot basement we recently finished in Heritage Todd Creek near Brighton, CO. The basement finish included a kitchenette, bathroom, living area, sound resistant music room, home gym and sauna.

Below are materials & finishes we used to complete this project:

  • Cavala Rapids Marshall Ledger Stone from Floor & Decor to wrap their fireplace.

  • Modern Flames 68" Landscape Built in Electric Fireplace

  • The wet bar turned out amazing, we used a Jet Black Basalt Limestone Tile for the backsplash

  • The backsplash selection went beautifully with the remnant granite selection from Touch Stone Granite & Marble

Finished Basement

Broomfield, CO

We recently finished this large beautiful basement for a client in Broomfield, CO.

Below are materials & finishes we used to complete this project:

  • Vista Custom Cabinetry from Classic Cabinets turned out great for the kitchenette.
     

  • The flooring and backsplash are beautiful. It's the Huntington Hand Scraped Water-Resistant Laminate and the Coastal Ivory Honed Marble Diamond Mosaic both from Floor & Decor.

Walkout Basement

Anthem, Broomfield, CO

We recently completed this large 1,000 Sq. Ft. walkout basement complete with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area for a client in the Anthem neighborhood of Broomfield, CO.

Below are materials & finishes we used to complete this project:

  • Shower trim, sink trim & bathroom hardware is the Moen Lindor Collection in Matte Black from Lowe's
     

  • The granite selection is a dark blue with gold flakes called Cambria Portrush. This was a remnant slab which made for a much cheaper option for our client. This slab was purchased at Touch Stone Granite & Marble in Denver. Pictures don't do justice to how it looks in person.
     

  • The shower tile is the Idole Tear White from Floor & Decor. This particular floor is trending & we're using it on another project.
     

  • The bathroom floor tile is Amantus Encaustic from Home Depot. This is also one that previous clients have used in the past.
